Pricing

For patients with insurance, we bill your insurance at the specialist rate. For those who do not have insurance, are out-of-network, or those with high deductibles who would prefer to pay out of pocket, our transparent pricing gives you piece of mind and much lower rates than the ER.

Our Bundled Care Packages includes a complete medical history, exam, x-ray series of the affected body part, and a plan of care. The cost is $350 for each major body part (Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Hand, Hip, Knee, Ankle, Foot), $375 for spine problems (Neck and Lumbar/Low Back) and $125 for each additional body part.

We also offer separate rates for X-rays, MRIs, Physical Therapy, wound care, simple suturing, corticosteroid and viscosupplementation injections, aspirations, splinting and casting.

  • Hand, Wrist, Or Elbow Care Package
    Hand, Wrist, Or Elbow Care Package

    Has your hand, wrist, forearm, or elbow been painful, injured and keeping you from the things you enjoy doing? Have your upper extremity pain evaluated by one of our highly rated physicians for a fair price! Conditions treated include: tendonitis, carpal tunnel, arthritis, tennis or golfer's elbow, epicondylitis, fractures, tendon tear and other conditions.

    Has your leg, ankle, or foot been painful, injured and keeping you from the things you enjoy doing? Have your problem evaluated by one of our highly rated physicians for a fair price! Conditions treated include fracture, tendon tear, sprain, bunion, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon, and other conditions.

    $50 (required for all aspirations, & for both hip and shoulder joint injections).
